Upon arrival, the technician promptly identified the problem with our oven - a faulty igniter. Despite having exhausted his supply of spare igniters, he was able to obtain one from a colleague. Thanks to his efficiency, the repair was completed in a timely manner and took about 2 hours from start to finish. As a former Service Manager, I would not hesitate to enlist the services of this company again.

In the end, there wasn't much to mend. The oven's door was just askew, and a kind repairman removed it from the hinges and readjusted it. The entire process only lasted five minutes.
