Our encounter with Penguin Insulation was pleasant. We sought their services to soundproof our ceiling in the unfinished basement. We received prompt and efficient service. During the project, one of the workers inadvertently damaged a concealed waterline; however, they were quick to acknowledge their mistake and take responsibility. They even covered the cost for a plumber to come out and fix it. I was impressed by their integrity and excellent customer service.

Before consulting with this company, we received a quote for insulation. However, I informed them of my desired price and they were able to offer a better deal. Additionally, they presented us with more options than our previous prospect. Furthermore, the company was able to work around my schedule and complete the job quickly and efficiently, even while I was working from home. I am thrilled with the outcome of their services and thrilled to have an energy-efficient home once again.

The vendor responded promptly to my request for a quote, and was able to offer the requested service without attempting to persuade me to purchase additional items. Their pricing was acceptable. The workers, however, left a mess that I had to clean up myself. Despite this, I am still content with the overall outcome.

I received a bid that included rebates I was eligible for and requested insulation for my attic. The job was completed quickly, even during the holiday season, and the workers were friendly and efficient. Overall, a job well done.
