Punctual, the technician affixed a fresh witch's hat on our plumbing vent before proceeding to examine the roof. Although he notified us of some problems that will require attention down the line, he assured us that there was no pressing concern. We value his candor and the details he provided. Additionally, he left behind spare shingles that match the hue of our roof, in the event that we require them for a future repair.
