Two years back, I began working with Craig after undergoing a total replacement for my right knee. Though, my left knee was also in dire need of surgery, I was intent on delaying it for as long as possible. However, with the strength training regime curated by Craig, my left knee has remarkably strengthened, and my overall health has improved significantly. As of now, I don't have any plans for a left knee replacement anytime soon. Craig, I can't thank you enough for keeping me moving and motivated.
