Kim came to our rescue by being a godsend when we needed someone at the last minute to take care of our cat. Kim has been an amazing caretaker for our three older cats while my partner and I were out of town. It was heartening to see her professionalism from the beginning, as she visited our house to meet the cats, two of which needed medicine twice a day. We were constantly updated with photos and videos of the cats during her visits, which was very reassuring. She also made sure to clean the litter regularly, leaving the house organized and tidy. Kim was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We are grateful for her service and will be sure to seek her help in the future. We also appreciate her attention to detail, including the fact that she brought in our paper.
