I have serious doubts about his licensure. My plan entails constructing a bedroom, bathroom, and living room which will require concrete, masonry, tiles, windows, and doors. However, he did not take any measurements and presented me with a handwritten estimate on a sticky note. Although I do not want to pay exorbitantly, the estimate was alarmingly low, causing me to become suspicious because of my experience with renovation expenses. When I requested the blueprint, he claimed his employee was visiting an ill person but failed to follow through. Please exercise caution! I work hard for my money and cannot afford to fall victim to deceitful individuals.

Eddie did an excellent job with a challenging task, leaving me extremely satisfied. I strongly recommend him based on his performance.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new floating deck. Upon inspection, I struggled to board it, prompting the builder to construct a step in just two days. Moreover, while on the premises, the builder also mended my Run-in shed, which a tree had toppled onto. Sandlel construction constructed two closets in our hallway that required framing, wiring, drywalling, plumbing, and floor installation. The project took a few days to complete, but the final outcome was outstanding. We are impressed and intend to engage Sandlel construction for future projects.
