This morning, I reached out to the company and in just an hour, Michael, their technician arrived. He was a delight to work with and was both punctual and courteous, conducting himself in a professional manner.

Payless promptly addressed my concern and arrived by noon to attend to my leaky and clogged drain. Although the repair work only took an hour and my plumbing was restored to working order, I was taken aback and disheartened to learn that what I thought was a singular job was actually considered "3" separate tasks. The total bill for all three tasks added up to a staggering $418, causing me to become quite emotional. Thankfully, after expressing my distress, Payless offered me a reduced price of $280. However, even with the discount, the cost still seems exorbitant for just one hour of work.

I encountered a backed-up pipe in my old Denver house with outdated plumbing. Despite attempting to unclog it using a snake, a more significant problem emerged. Fortunately, they replaced the problematic plumbing, efficiently bringing it up to standard, and charged me a reasonable fee. I would gladly hire them again.

Working with Kevin was an absolute delight. He carried himself with utmost professionalism and his work was truly exceptional. What truly impressed me, however, was his ability to breakdown and explain the repair process. The customer service provided by Payless was beyond satisfactory and I have no doubt in my mind that I will be availing their services again. In fact, I would specifically request Kevin for my upcoming whole house water filter installation.

The problem was promptly resolved by Hunter, who also elucidated the secondary drain line, provided additional information regarding other inquiries, and would be recommended for future hiring.
