In 2020, I, Jan Gonzales, founded Pawsitive Puppy Dog Training, where I am the owner and head trainer. As a graduate of the esteemed “Karen Pryor Dog Training Academy,” having completed the Dog Trainer Foundations and the Puppy Start Right for Instructors courses, I possess both theoretical and practical experience, allowing me to offer compassionate and knowledgeable training to dogs of all ages.
I offer various training packages, specifically designed for both puppies and adult dogs. To minimize distractions and ensure quality service, all training takes place inside your home. Unfortunately, I do not offer Behavior Modification for severe behavior issues, group classes, remote training, or Board and Train at this time.
As a firm believer in force-free and positive reinforcement training, I strive to provide better and long-lasting results while building a healthy bond between you and your furry friend, avoiding the use of aversives that may harm your dog's trust and induce fear.
