Jacqueline was a great find. She took care of our two pups for an overnight stay. I reached out to her 10 days prior to our need and she kindly came to meet us and our furry friends. This made all of us feel comfortable. She stayed in touch with us before the day and even sent us pictures during her stay with the pups. We will surely rely on her in the future.

Jacqueline is a true hero! In a panic, I scoured for last-minute overnight care for my extremely anxious heeler-mix. As my pup has severe anxiety, I've only ever entrusted my sister to look after him. However, Jacqueline answered my request immediately, managed to arrange a meet-and-greet in the limited available time and provided outstanding care for my furry friend while I was gone. Her regular updates and photos kept me reassured that everything was fine, despite my fears over how my pup would react to someone unfamiliar. Miraculously, there was no fear-induced urination or vomiting! From our first encounter, Jacqueline has been superb. She showed great affection towards our dog and fulfilled her commitment to arrive at our home to take Cain out on-time. She ensured that Cain was well-cared for over five consecutive days, feeding him and providing him with walks.
