Thanks to Ellain Young, my travel experience to Key Largo was phenomenal. It felt like leaving one family and being welcomed into another, which made all the difference. Without her services, I may not have gone on the trip at all. I am especially grateful for Ellain's dedication to ensuring my comfort, as well as my new adopted dog, Clementine's. She even helped soothe Clementine's anxiety at night caused by my ADT viewer. Ellain went above and beyond by suggesting pet therapy music and fixing my Alexa and internet. She truly is a troubleshooter and an empathetic fur friend. I cannot thank her enough for her assistance during these difficult times of Covid restrictions. Thanks a million!

During times when I've needed to travel for more than two days, including unexpected trips, Pawprints has been a true lifesaver. Eileen treats my two furry friends with the utmost love and care, as if they were her own. I wholeheartedly recommend her in-home pet service. She provides updates after every visit via text and/or email, along with real-time pictures and relevant information. Her website also makes it easy to request service and communicate with Eileen. Eileen is truly fantastic! She provided regular updates on Georgina during each visit, through email, text, and photos. It was evident that she cared for Georgina like her own and may have even given her a few extra treats. Additionally, Eileen went above and beyond by looking after my home, including taking care of tasks like putting out the garbage. She even alerted me to an issue with my AC unit and offered to stay until the repairman arrived. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter and will absolutely use her services again in the future.

While I was away, I had no concerns regarding my cats as everything was taken care of. I received daily updates and pictures, which was fantastic. If I require pet sitting services in the future, I will undoubtedly seek out Eileen's help again.
