Within 48 hours of contacting Paul, his crew arrived to address the wood rot on my exterior door frame. Remarkably, in less than one hour, they were able to replace a portion of the frame. Throughout the repair process, the crew remained exceedingly courteous and even took the time to tidy up the work area before departing.
