Paula is absolutely amazing with a gift for staging, home design, and decor. She has a keen eye for what it takes to get a home sold. Right from the start, Paula set herself apart as one of two stagers who visited the home to develop a comprehensive game plan based on understanding the layout of the home, color schemes, and what needed to be staged. Paula remained open to suggestions and listened to her clients. Her attention to detail was second to none, and her ability to spot issues and offer recommendations and solutions was excellent. Her dedication to the success of the project was impressive. We were all impressed, including the realtor and everyone who walked through the house, commenting on the furniture, color schemes, and placement of each item based on strategy. We highly recommend Paula to anyone who needs a stager, interior designer, or anything similar, and we will be hiring her again.

After sitting on the market for a couple of weeks, we realized that although our house is in excellent condition, it appeared too big and empty to potential buyers. To address this, we decided to stage the home and contacted Paula, who was incredibly responsive and helpful. During her walkthrough, Paula identified some minor issues that we had overlooked and gave us some great advice on how to fix them. More importantly, she explained why staging was crucial for helping buyers visualize themselves living in the home. We were amazed by the difference it made once the house was staged, and we received positive feedback from a potential buyer who came to view the property shortly after.
