At the recommendation of one of her satisfied customers, I chose Patty's Mexican Catering to cater a retirement luncheon. Patty and I had multiple conversations and text exchanges prior to the event to finalize the details, and she always responded promptly. Her menu consisted of chicken and beef fajitas with all the necessary fixings, accompanied by white rice and black beans. The food was delivered and set up on time, and Patty made sure to go over each dish with me. All of the items were served at the correct temperature and my guests could not stop raving about the taste and quality of the fajita ingredients. The beef was particularly tender.
