Before, I had given a negative review. However, upon conversing with Scott, we discovered that my appointment for carpet cleaning was cancelled, but neither of us had initiated it. Scott handled the situation professionally and was willing to reschedule the job. Regrettably, I had already hired another company to do the job. Scott is amazing! Despite my carpets being in poor condition after months of petsitting dogs and living in the same place for three years, Scott managed to restore their radiance and plushness in just an hour or so. He even went the extra mile by moving my furniture to clean the carpets and subsequently relocating them to their original positions. I am thrilled with his work and have already enlisted his services to carry out the cleaning of my couch and porch. I was so impressed and satisfied I immediately referred my neighbor to him!

Patriot Floor Care did a prompt and thorough cleaning job with great attention to detail. Even with the challenge of 4 dogs, they managed to keep my carpets looking clean. I will definitely be calling them again when my dogs inevitably make a mess.
