Kade's performance was impressive as he presented a detailed proposal and completed the project within the agreed timeline. His work involved excavation and leveling of a 10,000 square foot area. Although there was a setback when the hauling company cancelled, Kade kept me updated on the issue and adjusted the schedule accordingly. He also did more than expected by clearing an extra area for me. Furthermore, he demonstrated honesty by adjusting the final price to reflect the fewer truckloads of dirt than initially estimated. Working with a trustworthy contractor like Kade is refreshing, and I would undoubtedly hire him again. Thus, I highly recommend Patriot Excavation.
