Mike acted as an exceptional leader during the move, with Evan and Marshall executing their tasks flawlessly. Mike ingeniously arranged the truck like a game of Tetris, ensuring that everything fit perfectly. Despite using various moving companies before, Pat's surpasses them all in quality of service. Although I dread moving due to the nature of my job, I will undeniably employ Pat's services for my next move (so long as I have "Mike & Crew"). I am exceedingly satisfied and will undoubtedly suggest Pat's services to others. Thank you for transforming a dreadful move into a magnificent experience! You've earned my loyalty! :)

During the pre-move estimate, Pat determined that three men would be ideal for our move and they all worked with diligence and efficiency. The crew took our concerns about protecting our newly refinished hardwood floors seriously and provided us with different options. All our items were packed and transported by the crew safely to our new house. However, there were two minor issues during the move. The crew had to remove a couple of light fixtures and a handrail to move a couch and refrigerator up from the basement. Unfortunately, they miscalculated the size of the couch, leaving a small mark on the wall, which was quickly fixed. The more significant issue was with our treadmill, which the crew lacked the expertise to disassemble. Pat had underestimated the complexity of the disassembly process during the pre-move estimate. Pat had to come over and take it apart himself, and we had to wait three weeks before he could return and reassemble it. Despite this delay, we were satisfied with the overall work of the crew.

The assistance provided by these individuals was truly remarkable. Despite encountering several issues with my home purchase, these individuals worked alongside me and accommodated my rescheduling needs on two separate occasions. When the arrangement was finally settled, although I had neglected to inform them of my packing requirements, they still managed to pull through and completed the task within a mere six hours. I would highly recommend them without hesitation, achieving a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

Pat's Movin' and Haulin' crew showed exceptional efficiency and courtesy. Within a short period, they efficiently packed our belongings and returned the following day to load and transport them to our new home. The team displayed great teamwork, though they could have been more equipped with packing materials. Despite having to get additional supplies, the entire moving process ran smoothly without any loss or damage. Overall, a job well done by the crew.
