William is an experienced and skilled local craftsman who perfectly met our needs. His services will undoubtedly be relied on by us in the future. Our issue arose when the previous owners of our condo installed a dishwasher and then placed hardwood flooring, which made it impossible to remove the dishwasher. When our dishwasher broke down, we were desperate for someone to remove the flooring, take out the dishwasher, and replace the hardwood. William was swift in answering our call and was friendly yet forthcoming during the estimation the next day. Upon visiting, he knew exactly what needed to be done and the corresponding price. He was available for the project the very next day! The finished job was done quickly and impeccably, leading to a beautiful product. Moreover, he facilitated the process for future homeowners by measuring the dishwasher opening's dimensions before leaving, giving us a record of it for future replacement. Finding William was an incredibly fortunate discovery.

The work carried out by William and his team on my home was exceptional. They were extremely patient in assisting me with selecting the appropriate stain and even provided additional options. The work was efficiently executed and of superior quality. Although I may not require their services again in the immediate future, due to their remarkable work, I will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of such services.

Papyrus team recently completed a complete floor refinishing project in our kitchen and other areas of the same level. This became necessary because there was water leakage in the kitchen that damaged some parts of the floor. We were pleasantly surprised that they matched the stain color and appearance of our original floors, which they hadn't seen.
