Received an update from the team, and it appears that there was a misunderstanding on their end regarding our initial booking request. We would have appreciated a prompt response, as we ended up cleaning the house ourselves to prepare for our guest's arrival. It would have been helpful to know in advance if they were unavailable. Regardless, we appreciate the genuine apology from the team and their professionalism. We previously left a negative review due to the lack of communication. --- We were excited about our first session, but we did not receive a response after booking and attempting to contact the team through text and calls for five days. We were left wondering if the business was still operating, or if they were on a break.

Darley and his spouse have cleaned our house only twice, but their service has been exceptional on both occasions. Darley arrives punctually and is quick to respond to text messages. The level of cleanliness achieved in our home is excellent, and I am extremely pleased with their work thus far!
