Joe straightforwardly explained the functionality of their system, without any embellishments. He conducted a water test, suggesting the right system for my entire house. Despite having three other companies visit prior, Joe was privy to the other business and highlighted PB's strengths without denigrating the competition. Ultimately, we procured the S650 and a point-of-use system, which were promptly and competently installed above our refrigerator.
