For almost two years now, I have been under the guidance of Nick and I couldn't be happier. Prior to starting our sessions, he took the time to sit down with me and discuss my fitness goals. Based on this, he created a customized workout plan that helped me achieve them. Moreover, Nick has been able to adapt my program depending on my progress and has given me invaluable tips on how to continue working out while traveling. Through our sessions, I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being.
Working out with Nick has also been extremely enjoyable personally. We share great conversations while exercising and time flies by. Additionally, he takes into consideration my kids joining in and makes the workout fun for everyone.
Earlier this year, I was unfortunately injured at work and unable to work out for a month. However, Nick was quick to develop a new plan that allowed me to continue exercising while taking care of my back. In no time, I was back to following a full workout routine, and my back has never felt better.

Working alongside the outstanding new trainer at Palladino, Kelly Eales, has been an incredible experience for me. As someone who has never previously worked with a personal trainer, I was seeking guidance and encouragement to rebuild muscles that were affected by cancer treatment. Kelly has displayed exceptional patience and support throughout our sessions, while also challenging me to attain my desired outcome. Our initial month involved stabilisation exercises, which helped me adjust. We have since progressed to exercises aimed at improving my endurance. Kelly performs an excellent job of describing the purpose of each exercise, ensuring I execute the correct form, and monitoring my advancement (which proves to be beneficial on tough days!). I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly for anyone in need of a fantastic trainer!

For the past six months, I have had the privilege of working alongside Ben, and it has been a game-changing experience! With his training, I have regained so much of my daily life that I had previously lost due to chronic back and hip pain. Before, I was caught in an endless loop of injury and suffering, but Ben has helped me make a significant transformation by bringing my body from zero to one. Now, I can participate in various activities like hiking and other exercises. He has also taught me strategies to cope with painful days and strive for "more good days." For 3 years, Nick was my personal trainer and what set him apart was his ability to constantly vary the workouts, ensuring I never got bored. When I sustained injuries outside of our sessions, he expertly designed workouts to accommodate my injuries. Additionally, Nick was always understanding when I needed to reschedule our sessions. Through his expertise, he learned my strengths and knew when to push me to achieve my goals, always leaving me feeling challenged but capable.
