Initially, we thought things were going well and that our desired outcome would be achieved. We had requested a removal of the popcorn texture on our walls, followed by resurfacing and repainting. The original timeline we were given was 2-3 days, but the project ended up taking 3 weeks, setting back our move-in date. Despite being informed multiple times that they only needed a few more days, the job dragged on. In an effort to expedite the process, we allowed the workers access to our home when we were away. However, they completely disregarded our property by eating our food, using our tools and supplies, and leaving the house in complete disarray. We were promised that the dust and plaster debris would be cleaned up, but we were ultimately left with the task of sweeping and cleaning everything ourselves. To top it off, the workers took our Bluetooth speaker without permission and it was returned to us covered in plaster. Even though we paid for the service, the finished product was far from satisfactory. The photos provided by Jarrett and his team proved this to be true. We were so disappointed that we didn't even want them to come back to fix the issues. To make matters worse, we were charged an additional $300 for labor without any prior warning. We had a terrible experience and would not recommend their services.
