From the moment I contacted them, Flavia promptly responded to my request and even followed up with a text. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and understanding when we discussed our needs. Randy visited our home that very same day to assess the space and provide invaluable guidance. He spent over an hour inspecting every area that needed painting and helped us select a blue color, even answering our many questions about whether to have an accent wall or not. Despite booking our job for several weeks out, Flavia maintained constant contact with us and was always available to answer any additional questions and accommodate any add-ons. She reminded us of the upcoming job and even provided ETA updates on Randy's arrival. Randy, who truly enjoys his work and takes pride in his craftsmanship, exceeded our expectations. He completed the job in just one day, corrected a mistake we made, paid attention to areas we had neglected, and painted areas that were necessary without asking. He even accommodated a last-minute add-on and was incredibly gracious and kind throughout the process. We cannot recommend this team enough! Painting Loyal is simply wonderful and we will undoubtedly use them for all of our future painting needs. We will also recommend them to our friends and acquaintances who may not even realize they need a painting service!
