The re-grouting of the bathroom floor in my new house, which was built in 1968 and had never had the grout renewed before, was a fantastic job done by John at Pacific Tile. I have shared the before and after images for your reference. Not only was John a great communicator and professional, he also offered excellent value for money, arrived promptly on time, and had a very agreeable disposition. It was a pleasure to collaborate with him, and I would definitely contact him again if I require tile work or grouting in the future.

The backsplash and peninsula were excellently handled by Joao. He ensured convenience throughout the process and exhibited patience when the countertop installation was postponed repeatedly. His response time to messages was impressive, and he executed our desires perfectly. Furthermore, he revisited to address minor issues.

John was hired for the installation of subway tile backsplash in our kitchen. Prior to tiling, we discovered certain areas of the drywall had sustained damage and/or were missing. Therefore, we requested John to fix those areas before proceeding with the backsplash installation. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of work done, both in terms of the drywall repairs and the tiling job.

The kitchen tile repair/replacement was executed magnificently. PT displayed exceptional skills in restoring my tile following the installation of new countertops. The swift response and reasonable cost were commendable. The tile work is flawless!
