Our family celebrated my son's 30th birthday and our 33rd Anniversary with two nights of exceptional dining provided by Pacific Coast Palate. We were delighted by the presence of the talented Chef Victor and his daughter Isabella, who arrived with professionalism, courtesy, and a creative approach to both the food and table set up. Amidst the delicious meal selections, we were pleasantly surprised by the Zebra cake, a delightful family tradition for birthdays. Even members of our group who were vegans were catered to, as they demonstrated an eagerness to satisfy everyone's needs. As an added special touch, they presented menu cards at the table. Our celebration was made extra special thanks to the exceptional efforts of Chef Victor, Willie, and Reannon. They were highly professional and provided excellent service, putting us immediately at ease. We were amazed at the impeccable freshness of the salad course and the perfectly cooked salmon. It was clear that they took great pride in their work. Furthermore, these chefs proved to be true lifesavers when a chef from another company cancelled just ten days prior to our event. It's important to note that, without affiliations to groups like Pacific Coast Palate, there is no backup to rely on. Therefore, caution is advised when selecting a chef for an important occasion.

In our quest for a private chef, Pacific Coast Palate stood out among a few contenders during the interview process. Reannon was a pleasure to work with, offering personalized menu options that catered specifically to my wife's tastes.
The event was nothing short of seamless; the chef and Reannon displayed a remarkable level of professionalism, and the kitchen was left immaculate after the party's end. Most importantly, the food was delicious and while not inexpensive, it was worth every penny. Highly recommended!
