In need of a mini-split system with three indoor zones, I struggled to find a contractor who would listen to my specific requests while providing high-quality work. My encounter with Billy, the proprietor of Pacific Coast Comforts, was wonderful! As fate would have it, my furnace stopped functioning during the lengthy New Year holiday weekend. Despite my efforts to locate an available technician, my luck turned around when I got in touch with Billy through CrackerJack. The next morning, he appeared on my doorstep and promptly identified the issue, providing us with a rapid, partial resolution. In the long run, since the furnace was already 20 years old, nearing the end of its existence, Billy proposed that we replace the entire unit. I followed his counsel and the following day, he was back at my home, having completed the essential repairs within just a few hours, resulting in quieter and more efficient heating.
