Although an obstacle was encountered with the electrical work, a prompt solution was proposed and it did not significantly delay the project. The individual was highly skilled and performed an excellent job.

Bruce Cromeans from PDQ did an excellent job that impressed us greatly. He displayed professionalism and was very approachable, accommodating all of our requests and questions. His charges were fair, and his work was executed to perfection. Despite unexpected weather conditions and other hindrances, the job was completed to our satisfaction.

I received expert service from Bruce and his crew who equipped my home with washer and dryer hookups before installing the appliances. They had given me a written estimate beforehand which was honored without any additional charges. The task was accomplished well before the scheduled time. My residence is located in Walker County, where I was thoroughly satisfied with their professionalism, making me recommend their exceptional services.

Initially scheduled for 14 days, the job stretched beyond 30 days with only 25% completion due to various issues. Despite promises to prime before painting and execute an orange peel ceiling texture and fade, the contractor failed to deliver. He spent five days on "prep" work, but it proved inadequate. Although he claimed to have a crew, it was not the case. When first discovered on CrackerJack, he had no insurance and had to purchase it before being hired. Numerous problems arose during the job, such as damage to an expensive dining table and sofas ruined by paint and paint supplies. In one instance, the contractor neglected to restore the drain hose for the washer, which caused a kitchen flood on Halloween night. The contractor did not keep his word and was eventually let go while another company was sought to complete the job. The task, priced initially at $8,000, will now cost $11,000, with $3,000 paid upfront to PDQ. Several planned celebrations, including hosting a community event for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, had to be postponed due to ongoing renovations. Finally, the contractor's work was subpar, as evidenced by photos. The author expresses regret to CrackerJack, promises never to use their search service again, and does not recommend the dismissed contractor to anyone.
