Oxi Fresh demonstrated both quick response time and professionalism. However, despite the initial cleaning, some stains did not come out. Oxi Fresh rectified the situation by returning for a second time, utilizing different equipment. While the stains are now almost completely eradicated, there is still a slight remnant. It may be necessary to employ a truck mount for my particular carpet.
