Excellent! Odie was able to attend to my request promptly within an hour. He visited my place on the same day, thoroughly inspected the issue, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He also sent me a quote right away. Unfortunately, the weather did not permit him to start the job right away. However, Odie made sure to work on a Saturday to finish the job on time. Odie is a courteous and extremely professional person. I highly recommend him!
