The experience was exceptional! It felt like being in the comfort of my own home with them. Their care was top-notch, and the same can be said for my abode. Communication was seamless via email and included photos and videos. Absolutely delightful!

Connie is amazing! Our timid cat warmed up to her right away! She kept us updated with photos of our beloved pets while we were gone, which made us feel relieved that they were content. We strongly recommend her!

Our 2 cats were well taken care of by Connie. She attended to their needs such as cleaning the litter boxes and serving their meals. She went the extra mile by taking care of our mail. The fact that we weren't around on Christmas did not go unnoticed by her as she got the cats 2 little stockings with toys. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely engage her services again in my next trip.
