Adam, who runs this business, will take your money, but fail to fix the issue and completely ignore any attempts at communication via calls or texts. Despite spending more than $1,000 with him, our hot tub remains unfixed and Adam has been ignoring our messages. It's incredulous that people can conduct such scam-like businesses. Furthermore, Adam is unfriendly and unprofessional, making communication a hassle. With no response from Adam after almost two weeks, we've effectively wasted $1,000. It's advisable to avoid such stress, save your time, and give your business to someone else.
