Recently, my husband and I purchased our first house, and the only drawback was the texture on the walls, especially in the basement. Additionally, some settlement cracks appeared on the bedroom ceilings, loose plaster surrounded one window, and a bad DIY wall patch in the main bedroom. While the results were not flawless everywhere, Hamza and his team did their best, and the house looked incredible. The living room and main bedrooms were especially spectacular, and slight imperfections added character and age to the house, consistent with the older door and molding. However, I advise anyone considering plastering work to be prepared for the messiness of the process. Cleaning up the dust was necessary, and it would have been better if we had given ourselves extra time for the cleanup. Putting all your light fixtures, light/plug switch plates back is also essential after the process is done.
