Description:

Throughout numerous years, I served at esteemed historical buildings within the United States for major corporations conducting decorative plaster refurbishment. However, in 2015, I founded my personal company with the objective of operating closer to my residence. It is with great pride that I continue my family's legacy of being skilled craftsmen in the field of plastering, as I execute plaster restoration at both historical residences and state capitol buildings alike. It is an honor to dedicate myself to the work that I adore.

The walls of my century-old house were given an excellent plastering job by Hamza, who promptly called and displayed professionalism that I appreciated. His outstanding reputation was upheld by the quality of his work. However, I do wish there was less debris and plaster remnants leftover on my floors, walls, and surfaces. Nonetheless, I prioritize the proficiency displayed and am content with my payment. Thank you once again!

Our residence is a craftsman house built in 1919 and is situated in the Admiral district of West Seattle. Within a single afternoon, Hamza accomplished the task of thoroughly re-plastering our master bedroom ceiling, yielding exceptional results. We found him to be a personable and experienced professional, who vigilantly tidied up the workspace after completion of the job. We wholeheartedly recommend his services to others.

Working with Hamza during our home renovation was a fantastic experience. He was quick to respond to my phone call and arrived promptly to provide a thorough estimate. Our 1909 home, which had plaster walls, underwent extensive rewiring and replumbing, causing significant damage to the walls. Despite this challenge, Hamza was able to expertly smooth out all the walls. They now look as if they were beautifully crafted with an old world plaster touch. Hamza was reliable and came in every morning, getting an early start on his work. He also ensured that the workplace was cleaned before leaving daily. We are thrilled with the stunning results of his hard work.

Hamza was remarkable! As proprietors of a tutoring haven situated in Seattle's magnolia neighborhood, my wife and I had the pleasure of employing Hamza's services. He was consistently prompt, kept the work area immaculate, and produced stunning results. If you're in need of a skilled plasterer, your search ends here.

Hamza is skilled at transforming the look and feel of your home with ease. Recently, my husband and I purchased our first house, and the only drawback was the texture on the walls, especially in the basement. Additionally, some settlement cracks appeared on the bedroom ceilings, loose plaster surrounded one window, and a bad DIY wall patch in the main bedroom. We realized that we needed a plastering expert to solve these issues since our home was built in 1945, and the walls were old school lath and plaster. Hamza and his team came to rescue us. He promptly responded to our inquiry email within 24 hours, and after a few days, we agreed on a price estimate during the onsite visit. Despite a tight deadline between our house closing and move-in date (only two weeks!), Hamza made it possible, and we began work the day after the closing. He even recommended a painter friend, and they worked together to ensure everything was dried, cured, and painted within the deadline. As a result, we were delighted with our new, beautiful walls. While the results were not flawless everywhere, Hamza and his team did their best, and the house looked incredible. The living room and main bedrooms were especially spectacular, and slight imperfections added character and age to the house, consistent with the older door and molding. However, I advise anyone considering plastering work to be prepared for the messiness of the process. Cleaning up the dust was necessary, and it would have been better if we had given ourselves extra time for the cleanup. Putting all your light fixtures, light/plug switch plates back is also essential after the process is done. In conclusion, I recommend anyone seeking plastering work to contact Ornamental Plaster Area. It is better to get the whole house done before moving in or after moving out to avoid getting plaster all over your furniture. Allowing for 3-4 weeks can make the process less stressful.
