My air duct had fallen off to the ground below my house and needed to be reattached to the collar of the vent. Through the air vent, I could see my crawl space below, but I didn't want to use the company that had installed my ducts around eight years ago, since it was the second one that had come off. However, I had a great experience with this company when I called them again. The woman who answered the phone listened to my issue and promised to send their skinniest repairman as there wasn't much space in my crawlspace. Before he arrived, I got a text with the technician's name, photo, and background. He arrived on time and quickly reattached the duct, while also noticing a tear on a different duct. The technician took pictures of his repair and the torn duct, and I decided to replace it. He returned later that day to replace it, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this company so far.
