On 3/7/2020, Steven displayed exceptional performance while inspecting the condo in Windermere, FL. I had arranged the meeting for 9:30am, but Steven arrived at 9am, proving his excellent punctuality and work ethic.
During the inspection, Steven meticulously examined the property and pinpointed every significant and minor issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable and adept at answering questions and explaining the problems in detail. He demonstrated fairness and honesty throughout the process.
I wholeheartedly recommend his services. In addition, he also provides drone photography, but we did not require it for the condo inspection.
