The professional who came to fix a roof leak exhibited promptness, professionalism, and courtesy. Before starting any work, they took numerous photos and carefully assessed the situation. While the roof required more than a mere patch-up, I was not able to undertake any major projects at that moment. Nonetheless, I appreciated the transparent communication and their willingness to provide a temporary solution without pressuring me into a bigger project.
