At Only Outdoor Living, James conducted himself with utmost professionalism throughout the entire process, starting from the design phase to the installation of our new landscaping. Despite the inclement weather during the fall, he provided us with daily updates via text message. Additionally, he arranged a web cam for us to monitor the progress of the project. James demonstrated professionalism in every aspect of his work, and his workers were both amiable and mindful of keeping mud and dirt under control. We are thrilled with the excellent appearance of the retaining walls and the low maintenance landscaping, and we highly recommend James and his team!

For two summers, we had been unsuccessful in finding a contractor to complete patio work until we met James and started working with OOL. Unlike any other contractor we had worked with, James was highly responsive. He fulfilled his promises and worked within the deadlines he had provided. In cases where I was concerned about a particular aspect of the work or it deviated from our initial plans, James was quick to accommodate my requests, ensuring the work was corrected in a timely fashion. We were so pleased with the initial installment of the stamped concrete patio, that we immediately contracted James for Phase II, which was an even more extensive project. We decided to take it up a level by adding a gas fire pit, and while James had initially underestimated the cost, he obtained my approval before proceeding with the subcontractor plumber. To finish off my patio, all I required was outdoor stairs. The workers not only completed the steps to perfection, but they also went out of their way to assist me with other laborious tasks that still needed to be done. I highly suggest their landscaping services to anybody in need!
