Here's how it works:
We will begin by filling out some forms to gather basic information. Then, we'll have an initial consultation via telephone, video call, or email, based on your preference.
Once your training is underway, we will conduct weekly check-ins (via text or email) that will include:
- Scale check
- Progress photos
- Brief summary of your progress, including what worked and what didn't in both training and diet
I am available for unlimited communication during my regular business hours to answer any questions you may have about your personal program (9am-6pm EST Mon-Sat).
