The men arrived promptly, and efficiently excavated the access point to the tank. Upon drainage, they promptly discovered an issue with the inspection. Skeptical at first, I watched as they removed the surrounding red clay and identified a bend in the PVC main line leading to the house. The bend was higher than anticipated, likely due to a poorly executed installation by a previous installer. They efficiently replaced the old pipe with a new one and properly buried it before departing. I highly recommend their services.
