On the same day that my insurance company informed Ajay and his team about my water damage from an unknown source, they arrived promptly. Prior to that, I had already hired a plumber who was not able to locate the leak and only cut holes in my wall. Ajay, however, immediately identified the cause of the leak, which was the hot water heater and water purification system. I was perplexed as to why the plumber was not able to detect this. Nonetheless, Ajay and his crew were always punctual and transparent about their procedures. They communicated with my insurance company and monitored the fans and dehumidifier daily until the leak was fixed. Additionally, they removed any affected carpet and padding. If you're in the unfortunate situation of having a wall or floor leak, feel free to call this company. They are honest, kind, and will work diligently to help save you money while doing an excellent job. Although I hope not to require their services again, I would not hesitate to call them first.
