We were in a tight spot after booking a cleaning service to help with our move into a new home, along with preparations for a housewarming party and Halloween gathering. Being working parents with a toddler, we simply didn't have the time or energy to tackle the cleaning ourselves. However, on the day of the cleaning, the previously-booked service dropped out, leaving us in a bind. Thankfully, when we posted on CrackerJack, Jessica responded promptly and rearranged her schedule to accommodate us. After work one night, I messaged Jessica and she responded the same night. We discussed my desired tasks and settled on a price. On the agreed upon day, she arrived and I let her in when I returned from work. I felt comfortable with her immediately, and we chatted briefly before I went back to work. Upon returning home that day, I was thrilled to find that my house looked amazing! Jessica had cleaned my hardwood floors, vacuumed, dusted, mopped, and even organized my pantry, medicine cabinets, and Tupperware. I was so pleased with her work that I booked her for more tasks before she left that day. I highly recommend her services and regret not taking before and after photos. Next time, I won't forget!
