However, the bright side is that the installation can be done the next day. I attempted to utilize their services for the first time, scheduling a convenient time. However, when the technician called to come earlier, I declined as it conflicted with my schedule, which is why I chose the original time frame. Despite this, the technician lied and claimed they attempted to contact me and waited for 40 minutes. This outrageous behavior resulted in me wasting three hours of my time waiting for them. I have no interest in utilizing their services again and cannot recommend them. When I inquired about the technician's whereabouts, the lady did not apologize or display any sense of professionalism.
