Our goal at One Bite is to deliver extraordinary services. Chef Ayesha has gained valuable experience in the food sector for more than 15 years. Her culinary expertise is influenced by the low-country and Caribbean cuisines. She was born and raised in New Jersey, which has also impacted her cooking style.

I find great pleasure in the art of crafting dishes. It's limitless and boundless to me. Bringing joy to others through my culinary creations is truly gratifying.

Old Store Cafe provided excellent catering services to UNC Health Johnston's Radiology Department, as well as UNC Health Clayton and the Imaging Center. The food was delicious and delivered promptly, with ample portions. We look forward to using their services again in the future.
