Due to my absence, I requested that Steve and his employee leave an invoice with my staff. However, Steve lied and claimed he had, which was dishonest. When I asked that they send me an invoice via email, they refused to comply, and subsequently blocked my phone number when I tried contacting them again. To my surprise, Steve pretended he was unaware of the issue when I called him on a different number. I acknowledge that not researching the company more thoroughly was my mistake since I needed prompt assistance with locking up my property. Unfortunately, I ended up paying almost $800, as their negligence caused damages that required hiring new technicians to resolve. Moreover, they failed to complete the job, which became apparent the next day. I will never use their services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Based on their dishonesty, I believe their reviews are misleading. Steve and his employees come across as deceivers, and I do not intend to engage in business with them further. Issues: - Installed the keypad incorrectly - Poor communication - Job was incomplete - Improper fitting of keypad to door - Neglected to ensure doors were securely closed before leaving - Refused to provide an invoice or digital invoice - Blocked my number after I requested assistance and lied about it when I called from another line
