Our team consists of ICA-trained and InterNACHI certified home inspectors with over 25 years of experience in the facilities, maintenance, and construction industry. For your peace of mind, we also offer radon testing with a fully comprehensive report after the 48-hour testing period.
In addition, our services include roof and foundation inspection, as well as remote inspections for clients unable to attend in person. With a video call, we can walk you through the home as if you were there, but please note that advance booking is necessary for remote inspections.
Prior to my retirement from the Firefighter / EMS Service in 2022, I had served the citizens of the City of Wixom Michigan for over 21 years. Taking care of people is second nature to me, and now my focus is on reducing the stress of buying a home for my clients.
