By linking us with individuals who require household repairs and small projects to be completed, CrackerJack has been a godsend. With our General Contractors license, we are skilled at completing many household repairs, but we are not permitted to undertake any plumbing or electrical work inside walls. The desire to work independently and serve our local community prompted our creation of On The Level Home Service.

As handymen, we never know the issues we will be confronted with, which means some appointments may take longer than anticipated, while others are straightforward and brief. On the day of your appointment, we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival and recommend sending us a message on the CrackerJack platform.

A few months ago, we commenced a remodeling project that Joel skillfully completed by adding a ceiling fan, bathroom accessories, door handles, wall mirrors, and other details. His handyman skills were evident in the ease with which he handled all of these tasks. We were so impressed that we plan on contacting him for future projects.

On short notice, I required the services of a handyman to prepare our house for sale. Joel promptly answered and arrived on the same day! He did an excellent job, charged reasonable prices, and was incredibly kind. Following the completion of the job, we agreed to compile a fresh list of miscellaneous tasks, and he will return tomorrow. I strongly recommend him.

I had a variety of home improvement tasks that required the services of a skilled handyman. I am thrilled with the quality of work done and impressed that he was able to troubleshoot and repair the malfunctioning toilet mechanisms without replacing them. He arrived with all necessary supplies and tools and worked efficiently to complete the repairs, including fixing a leaning fence, repairing two toilets, covering an opening into my basement, and restoring light to three fixtures.
