I specialize in creating a customized culinary affair for my clients for various occasions, such as meals for the week, family vacations, romantic dinners, family gatherings, weddings and corporate events. For my husband's birthday, I opted to hire a personal chef instead of the typical restaurant celebration. His reaction was one of complete surprise. Though I had never hired a personal chef before, Vivian was definitely the right choice. The food she prepared was absolutely delicious and she even whipped up some extra for my dad to sample. It's incredible that she traveled all the way from Tampa to Fort Lauderdale just for us. She's incredibly affable and our children completely adored her. We felt bonded since we're both twin moms! We will unquestionably use her services again. 😉

Chef Vivian was absolutely fantastic. She displayed complete professionalism, while also demonstrating an incredible amount of creativity and flexibility with regards to the meal. We had a group of eight people, including three children and some individuals following a gluten-free diet. However, she didn't let that hinder her and even prepared delicious homemade chicken nuggets and French fries for the children, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Our spicy tuna tower was a work of art and the goat cheese and watermelon salad was simply divine. Additionally, the local fresh swordfish was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. She even managed to impress the kids with her culinary skills, with my granddaughter now aspiring to be a chef like Chef Vivian when she grows up. Thank you so much, Vivian!

Vivian exceeded my expectations as a personal chef. I, along with three college friends from long ago, rented a beach house for vacation and I wanted to give them a special treat. Vivian's dinner was beyond my hopes, starting with appetizers of avocado bruschetta with heirloom tomatoes and delicious potstickers. The main course featured salmon and pasta, and dessert was her homemade whipped cream-topped blueberry key lime pie that was simply the best. Vivian expertly paired wine with our meal, which impressed my friend so much that they snapped a photo of the bottle. Vivian was both professional and engaging in conversation, making for a truly great experience.
