After a disastrous installation of a new washer/dryer by Home Depot, I contacted On Que Services as water had seeped through the floor into the bathroom below the laundry room. Due to the bulky size of the appliances, I was unable to identify the source of the leakage. However, upon describing the situation, On Que Services prioritized the resolution and arrived on the same day. The technician discovered that the steam dryer hose was not securely fastened, causing water to continuously spill out. Not only did the technician fix the issue, but they also assisted in capturing photographic and videographic evidence of the improper installation to be presented to Home Depot. I am thoroughly satisfied with On Que Services and will undeniably utilize their services for future issues. I highly recommend their services to all my acquaintances.

Installation of an under counter microwave and two beverage refrigerators was excellently done by Quenton. Although the trim kit didn't fit, he suggested a solution to rectify it. His responsiveness and reasonable pricing were impressive. Moreover, he even brought an assistant to move the appliances to the basement as requested. I will surely utilize his services again in the future.

Our experience with On Que Services today was exceptional. After two attempts by Home Depot installers to correctly install our new microwave failed, we reached out to On Que.
