The entire task was completed in a short span of time. Although I would have rated them five stars, I have deducted one star because they were unable to fully remove the tree stump.

At 5pm, I received a quote, but the crew arrived at 6:15pm. Although I had to ask if they were coming, they did respond promptly. The crew informed me that they usually provide a one to two-hour window beforehand, but this information was not disclosed prior. Therefore, be sure to allocate extra time. Once they began work, they were efficient, completing everything in 1 hour and 30 minutes, including cleaning. Their pricing was competitive, and the crew checked in midway to ensure that everything met my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with the results, considering my 30-year-old and huge tree required massive branch removal. Refer to the before and after pictures. I will without a doubt use their services again if trimming my trees becomes necessary.
