Larry did an excellent job assisting me in assembling a 12x14 steel top gazebo. On Point was accommodating with both pricing and scheduling. However, one suggestion for the company would be to provide a more specific time frame for the worker's arrival and give advance notice when they are on their way, rather than a two-hour window where it's uncertain when someone will arrive. It's challenging to plan a day around this, but thankfully, Larry arrived earlier than expected, and it all worked out splendidly for me!

The entire process was communicated effectively, and the workers arrived early to complete the challenging installation of a 12 x 20 permanent gazebo. However, the pricing does not cover the installation of curtains or brackets on the gazebo legs.
