It was a challenging move as Bill, the mover from Omnipresence, had sustained an injury over the weekend preceding our scheduled move. Despite this setback, Bill handled the situation with professionalism and promptly informed me of the circumstances. In the meantime, I began reaching out to several other moving companies, but only one responded to my inquiries. Other movers either ignored my calls, emails, or texts, or promised to get back to me later but never did. Out of six companies, not a single one returned my call. Such poor service is unacceptable, and I will keep a record of their names to ensure that they are not recommended to anyone seeking a moving company.
