Jared and I conducted a successful video diagnostic call, during which he promptly called and the video quality was excellent. After detailing the issue to him, I displayed the corroded metal pieces and their location. However, the problem was too intricate to repair, resulting in not witnessing their work firsthand. Nonetheless, I valued Jared's insight into what was wrong and his candid evaluation of the difficulty and worth of the repair. I will undoubtedly enlist their services again in the future.
